Skin Indications
Will the Beauts cause my skin to breakout?
The Beauts contain targeted active ingredients that work while supporting a healthy skin. With the help of Dermatologists and industry leaders, our products were formulated with a keen understanding of how the skin works. When carefully used as directed, the Beauts should not cause breakouts.
Does Face Juice help with soothing redness?
Yes. While Face Juice’s primary goal is boosting moisture levels- it contains supportive ingredients that offer soothing properties that reduce redness and inflammation.
Can any of the Beauts help with brightening hyperpigmentation?
Sunny Skin is our antioxidant hero. It contains a powerful combination of Vitamin C, Liquorice and Niacinamide which together work to brighten and lesson hyperpigmentation.
Although not its primary goal as a line-smoother, Wrinkle Shminkle contains Azelaic Acid and Niacinamide which together illuminates uneven tone while promoting a clearer complexion.
PRODUCT Safety
Are the Beaut safe for use during pregnany & lactation?
Posh Wash, Sunny Skin, Face Juice, Wrinkle Shminkle, and both Bravo Balm’s are safe for use during pregnancy and breastfeeding. We have formulated these Beauts using savvy yet safe active ingredients that make them less likely to cause irritation or have adverse effects.
Night Shift contains retinoids and cannot used while pregnant or breastfeeding. Check with your OB-GYN if you are unsure of when to introduce Night Shift back into your routine.
Do the Beauts contain any essential oils?
No. We avoid all uanessacry ingredients or those that are potential irritants!
Can I use the Beauts if I suffer from any nut allergies?
Yes, they are safe and have no ingredients of nut origin. Although Wrinkle Shminkle does contain a derivative of shea butter, Scientific investigations have found that it does not pose any known or likely allergy risk to consumers, including those with peanut or tree nut allergies.
What happens if the Beauts don't agree with my skin?
Always follow the directions for use on our product packaging. If your skin has not reacted well to a new product, stop using it right away. Please contact us to report your reaction, and we will do our best to offer you our expert advice.

Where do you ship to?
Is shipping free?
Delivery is free in South Africa when you order 2 or more Beauts! Local shipping on single Beaut orders is R60.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We are proud Dermastore logistics partners, and the team endeavours to pack Beaut orders prior to the daily courier collection which occurs daily at 4pm. Orders placed and packed prior to 4pm are generally delivered overnight.
Delivery times can be slightly more variable depending on how remote your delivery address is.
For the most part, you can expect your order in 2 – 5 business days time.
Parcels are not shipped on public holidays or on weekends. Deliveries won’t take place on public holidays and weekends.
Which courier company do you use?
Our orders are all shipped via RAM. You will receive a tracking number via text on the day of your order which will allow your to track your Beaut package.
Something has gone wrong with my delivery, what do I do?
If you have tried to track your order or if you have a concern of a lost package, please contact us and we will lend a hand.
Can I return my Beauts if I'm not happy with them?
Your satisfaction is important to us. We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If you have any product concerns or if you have experienced an adverse reaction, please contact us so that we can help.

How to Use
Can I layer my Beaut serums together?
Yes, you can. Our serums are made with ingredients that were formulated to work in combination with each other. Use the Beaut/s that together will combat your skin concerns.

Can I use Beaut serums with my existing skincare routine?
Yes, our serums can be used with other skincare products. Follow general rules of precaution, or email us for our expert advice.
Can Sunny Skin be used in AM & PM?
Sunny Skin is an antioxidant serum and as such is most effective when used as part of your AM routine. (Remember to follow with moisturiser and importantly, an SPF).
Can Face Juice be used AM & PM?
Yes, it can be used in either/ both your morning and evening routine. (Remember to follow with a moisturiser and an SPF in your AM routine).
Transparency
Are the Beauts packaging recyclable?
It is our top priority to provide you with sustainable skincare. Our packaging is 80% recyclable, with the exception being our dropper lids and screw tops. Instead of using labels on our bottles, we opted instead to print on the glass with ink that still allows for the recycling to occur. We have tried our utmost to make informed decisions at every turn.
Where are the Beauts made?
Right here in South Africa. We work with two different laboratories in Gauteng each lead by a renowned biochemist with unique areas of expertise.
Are the Beauts cruelty-free?
We pledge not to test any of our products on animals. Instead, we test them on real people. Namely ourselves, respected dermatologists, focus groups and industry insiders.
