We want you to be 100% confident in your purchase.
So, if for any reason you are not completely happy with the products purchased from Beaut Serums online, you may return the unused product/s for an exchange or refund (we’ll even pay for the return shipping fee).

1. Get In Touch

Email us thebeauts@beautserums.com with your return or exchange request.

Include:

Your order number,
The name of the product/s that you’re not completely satisfied with,
Your return pick up address.

Remember, items need to be unopened and unused to receive a refund/exchange.

We’ll provide a pre-paid return label via email, and set up a date for pick up.

2. Print It

Print the label from your email and stick it onto the box that your Beaut products were originally delivered in.

Then hold tight while our courier comes to collect your return.

3. Sit Back, Relax...

We’ll get in touch with you via email as soon as your return is back with us.

From there, we’ll arrange your full refund or exchange at your request.

Shipping Mishaps

We don't like them just as much as you do, but if it happens, here’s what you can do. If your order never arrived, is missing in transit; if you received the wrong order or even worse, damaged goods EMAIL US ASAP! We’ll get to the bottom of it and remedy the problem for you.
