Remember, items need to be unopened and unused to receive a refund/exchange.
We’ll provide a pre-paid return label via email, and set up a date for pick up.
Print the label from your email and stick it onto the box that your Beaut products were originally delivered in.
Then hold tight while our courier comes to collect your return.
We’ll get in touch with you via email as soon as your return is back with us.
From there, we’ll arrange your full refund or exchange at your request.
We don't like them just as much as you do, but if it happens, here’s what you can do. If your order never arrived, is missing in transit; if you received the wrong order or even worse, damaged goods CONTACT US ASAP! We’ll get to the bottom of it and remedy the problem for you.
